Basic use case

Let us assume your company has introduced a new sustainability management system and that several processes must be adapted. As the owner of these processes, you want to inform your representatives about any changes.

To minimize effort, you create a simple flow that sends a predefined yet personalized e-mail. The e-mail contains a link to a model and a comment with the information you want to provide. You can choose to receive a copy of the e-mail.

When you run the flow, you only need to select the model and fill in a form. The link to the model and your form input are added to your predefined e-mail. Activate the relevant check box in the form if you want to receive a copy of the e-mail.

Creating this flow includes the following steps:

  1. Create a flow

  2. Specify a form

  3. Select the first action

  4. Add a switch

  5. Add 'Get participant name' actions

  6. Add 'Find participant' action

  7. Add 'Send an e-mail' actions

  8. Test the flow
