Change the sharing state of a bookmark

You can change the sharing state of your bookmarks as follows.

  • Privat bookmark Private (default): Only the creator of the bookmark can see it in the Bookmarks panel.

  • Public bookmark Public: Anyone who has access to the dashboard can see the bookmark.

  • Shared bookmark Shared: Anyone who has access to the dashboard can see shared bookmarks and set them as favorite. The bookmark is displayed in the Shared tab.

  • Shared bookmark via link Shared via link: Anyone who has access to the dashboard can use the bookmark using a specific URL. You can copy the bookmark URL to the clipboard and share it with other users.

Prerequisite

The Bookmarks panel is enabled.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open the Bookmarks panel.

  2. Move your mouse pointer over a bookmark and click the Menu menu icon.

  3. Click Share. The option is available when the dashboard has been saved.

  4. Specify the sharing state of the bookmark.

  5. Click OK.

You have specified the sharing state of a bookmark.

You can also change the sharing state of several bookmarks at once in the bulk operations mode.
