Use bookmarks
You can use bookmarks to save the dashboard settings that you specified in view mode, such as selections and filter settings.
A bookmark does not store the values of the data sources assigned to the widgets in the dashboard, but the configuration data of an analysis as well as the dashboard settings.
The bookmarks are stored in the separate bookmark panel. The bookmark panel is hidden by default and must be opened.
The bookmark panel provides different taps:
Personal: Contains all bookmarks created by the current user. The bookmarks have different sharing states,
Private, 
Public, 
Shared, and 
Shared via link.Shared: Contains bookmarks with Shared state. Anyone with access to the dashboard can see shared bookmarks and mark them as favorites, which are displayed on the Shared tab.
Public: Contains bookmarks with Public state. Anyone with access to the dashboard can see the bookmark.
You can perform the following operations in the Bookmark panel.
Add shared bookmarks as favorites
Remove favorites
Perform certain operations to several bookmarks at once.
You can manage bookmarks in edit mode.
