Start published flows
You can start published flows.
Click

Published content.
Navigate to the relevant model.
Click
Start a flow. The Start a flow panel is displayed.
Start the relevant flow.
If a form is defined, it is displayed. Otherwise, the flow starts to run immediately.

Click Documents.
Select a document. You can select multiple documents.
Click
Start a flow. The Start a flow panel is displayed.
Start the relevant flow.
If a form is defined, it is displayed. Otherwise, the flow starts to run immediately.

Navigate to the relevant database, group, or model.
Click
Start a flow. The Start a flow panel is displayed.
Start the relevant flow.
If a form is defined, it is displayed. Otherwise, the flow starts to run immediately.

Navigate to the relevant model.
Click the name of the model you want to open.
Select the item for which you want to display the properties.
Display the Properties tab of the
Details bar if it is not already open.Click Documents.
Select a document. You can select multiple documents.

Start a flow. The dialog opens.
Start the relevant flow.
If a form is defined, it is displayed. Otherwise, the flow starts to run immediately.

User management. The list of users is displayed. To display the list of user groups, click User groups.Select at least a user or a user group.

Start a flow. The Start a flow panel is displayed.
Start the relevant flow.

User management. The list of users is displayed.Click a user or a click User groups and click a user group. The user or user group details are displayed.

Navigate to the relevant folder.
Select the relevant documents.

Start a flow. The Start a flow panel is displayed.

Navigate to the relevant folder.
Click the relevant document. The document details are displayed.

Start a flow. The Start a flow panel is displayed.
Start the relevant flow.
