Add content filters

You can add filters to the content filters in My content My content. In the Add filters section, all available filters for the current user are available.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > My content My content.

  2. You can add a single filter.

    1. In the Add filters section, move the mouse pointer over the name of the relevant filter.

    2. Click Add attribute column Add. The filter is moved from Add filters to Selected filters. The result list is updated.

  3. Alternatively, you can add several filters.

    1. Click the Type to find a role or location... field and enter at least a part of the filter names you are looking for. The numbers of filters found containing the search term are displayed behind the category names, for example, Role (5).

    2. Click a category to display the filters found.

    3. In the Add filters row, click Filter Add all. All filters found are moved from Add filters to the corresponding category under Selected filters.

The content filters are specified and the result list is updated. Use the filter above the result list to display the different results, for example, Processes or Activities.
