Add executables

You can create executables that will not be transferred to SAP® Solution Manager during SAP® synchronization.

Prerequisite

  • You have disabled the Run executables with SAP ® Solution Manager check box on the Solution Manager options page und ARIS > Options.

  • You have registered an SAP Server and selected a default server if necessary.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In ARIS Architect, click ARIS > Explorer Explorer.

  2. Click the relevant item.

  3. Click Executable Executable > Executable in the SAP ® Solutions tab bar.

  4. Click New and enter the code in the Transaction code box (for example, VA03). This value is specified for the Tansaction code SAP Solutions attribute.

  5. Enter a descriptive text in the Description box. This text is enclosed in brackets next to the code.

  6. Select the SAP® Server on which the executable is run. If you select Default server, the server you selected on the SAP ® options > Select server options page is used. Consequently, the SAP ® Server system attribute is not specified. If you select a registered server, it is entered in the SAP ® Server system attribute.

The executable is created. This executable is not included when you run the synchronization and transfer executables.
