Relevant costs for simulation
Costs per function execution
Simulation enables you to specify the costs associated with carrying out the function. The following cost attributes can be specified for functions (Costs attribute type group):
Avg. total costs
Avg. material costs
Avg. personnel costs
Avg. operating supplies costs
Avg. energy costs
Avg. various overhead costs
Avg. costs for depreciation/repair/maintenance
Avg. imputed interest
Avg. other costs
These costs refer to individual executions of a function and are important for the result statistics. The costs described and the total costs are mutually exclusive. If any of the cost attributes described is specified, that attribute is used instead of the total costs.
Costs per time unit
You can specify cost rates in terms of time units. You can specify the following cost attributes for human resources and technical resources (attribute type group Simulation):
Cost rate (busy time)
Cost rate (idle time)
Cost rates refer to one hour busy/idle time.
