You have the ARIS Simulation license privilege.
Process: The Billing (car rental) process from the Sample DB database comprises invoicing a customer and receiving payment after a rental car was returned.
Problem: The company repeatedly receives complaints from customers that the time between returning the vehicle and receiving the invoice takes too long.
Task: The company wants to find and eliminate the cause of the performance issues. The company already knows that long wait times for invoices do not always occur, but mostly during the holiday season due to higher demand for rental cars. Therefore, the company wants to investigate how wait times for invoices change over a year.
