Consolidate objects

You can consolidate objects and rules.

Prerequisites

  • You have the ARIS Enterprise Admin license privilege.

  • You need the Delete access privilege for all groups with objects that you want to consolidate, and for all groups with objects that have relationships with the consolidation objects.

  • You have selected objects of the same type for consolidation. If you select different object types, the pop-up menu will not be available.

Warning

Consolidation cannot be undone. It is recommended that you back up the database before consolidation.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Models and objects Models and objects.

  2. Select the required objects or search for objects.

  3. Click Consolidate process steps Consolidate. The dialog opens. You can add or remove objects.

  4. Select the object that should be the master object and click Export Use as master. That is, the object into which all selected objects will be consolidated.

  5. Specify the relevant settings and click Apply.

The consolidation is started. When the consolidation is finished, the log files are downloaded to the Download folder.
